Shipping / Delivery Policy 

Canada Post Strike, Everything you need to know:

Question: Canada Post is on strike, if I place an order now will I receive it?
We’re still shipping orders as usual with UPS, so most customers won’t see any disruption. The only exception is if your shipping address is a PO box, since UPS cannot deliver there. To avoid delays, please provide a physical street address at checkout.

Question: I placed an order to a PO box on or before Sept. 25, what will happen to my order?
If you placed an order to a PO box before Sept. 25, don’t worry — Canada Post confirms your package is safe and will be delivered once operations resume. No action is needed from you, but please expect longer-than-normal wait times.

Question: Can I return my order during the Canada Post strike?
During the Canada Post strike, we can’t process returns since packages can’t reach us. But don’t worry — we’ll honour our 30-day return policy once the strike ends, even if your return window would have expired during the disruption. Please hold onto your item and receipt, and once service resumes, reach out to us and we’ll help you complete the return. If you have concerns in the meantime, our support team is here to assist.

Question: What happens if I already started a return before the strike?
If your return package is already with Canada Post, it will be delivered once the strike concludes. We’ll process your refund or exchange as soon as we receive it.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, the system will indicate this to you.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. We deliver only to the address provided by you when you sign up for your account.

Due to provincial laws, product is not available for online orders in Quebec and Nova Scotia.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on weekends and holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method any may further be subject to certain promotional offers as communicated from time to time. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of your shipping cost (and any additional charges) on the checkout page.

5. Taxes

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Items in Transport

If the items shipped are different from the items you ordered, if the shipment does not contain all the items you ordered, or if there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact info@vapehoneystick.ca  Please also refer to our Return and Refund Policy below.

7. Age verification

Please note that we will ask you to verify your age at the time of delivery. If you cannot verify your age at delivery, the item will be returned to us. In this case we will refund you for the product, but not for shipping cost.

Return & Refund Policy

Please inspect your delivery upon receipt to make sure that you received what you ordered in good condition. Returns and refunds are available only for Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Items.

Damaged items

If your delivery arrives damaged, please contact us at info@vapehoneystick.ca within 90 days of delivery to arrange a return. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine whether or not we consider the item to be damaged. If we confirm that your delivery is damaged, you will receive a full refund or replacement at our discretion.

Incorrect items

If your delivery contains different items from the ones your ordered contact us at info@vapehoneystick.ca within 90 days of delivery to resolve the situation. To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be in original package and/or full cartons, undamaged and able to be used for re-sale.

Defective Items

If the items delivered are defective in any way, contact us at info@vapehoneystick.ca Please be prepared to provide details such as:
a.) description of the nature of the defect;
b.) how you became aware of the defect;
c.) your order number and your account details;
d.) The product batch/serial number (if available).

Depending on the nature of the defect we will make appropriate arrangements for the return of the damaged item(s) for review. After review, if the item(s) are determined to be defective, we will issue a full refund or replacement product.

Refund

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
