If you purchased your device through one of our distributors, please contact the shop where you bought it to get a replacement first. If the problem can’t be solved, please contact us to to submit a warranty claim and get help.
Before you submit a warranty claim please prepare the below materials:
- Your order number
- A picture of receipt or proof of purchase
- A video or picture to show product issue
